At DMS we pride ourselves on providing a high level of technical support to our clients. To assist in delivering this service we have an online support centre designed to streamline the way in which we deal with client support queries. Users are able to track the progress of their support enquiries as well as reviewing the past history of support requests and associated resolutions. The process automatically commences when a support request is lodged with DMS.
Online Knowledge Base
The DMS Online Knowledge Base contains articles covering the IntraMaps suite of applications, MapServer and SQL Server 2008 Spatial.
